According to him, there is no truth to these reports, adding that the state government lacks the authority to make the call.

He also expressed his satisfaction with the FRSC's contributions, especially the collaboration with the Kaduna state Traffic Management Agency (KASTMA).

“Let me say it clearly that we value the additions that the FRSC make to the socio-economic development of the state and would work hard to sustain such collaboration.

We look forward to working with you and would continue to cooperate and collaborate with you in the areas of safety, security and effective traffic management in the state,” El-Rufai added.
