Ferma, Federal Road Maintenance agency of Nigeria has revealed its plans to repair major economic roads linking to states, so as to minimize accidents.
The agency confirmed that the government plans to upgrade its status to a construction company stated that it would rehabilitate about 103 roads and 10 bridges across the country by the end of this year.
According to Asoko News, Engr. Peter Odeh, FERMA Managing Director confirmed the reports and added that the government will focus more on economic viable roads across the nation based on their economic value to their locality.
Most recently, Fashola cited that the Lagos-Ibadan expressway and the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Road, Lagos in 24 months.
