According to Zillowblog, this is the third time the Tudor-style home in Queens has been sold in less than a year.

It was initially put up for sale last year for $1.65M. Despite the price and additional price reductions, it still was not bought.

Then, the sale was taken over by Paramount Realty USA, who planned an auction that was postponed.

However, it was finally bought by real estate investor Michael Davis for $1.39M. He sold it off at an auction for an unknown price to an undisclosed winning bidder.

Now, it has been sold for the third time to the newly established Trump Birth House LLC for the aforementioned price.

Features of the property include five bedrooms, 4.5-bath home, a basement with a full bathroom, bonus room for guests, and a summer kitchen.

Trump's home was built in 1940 by his father, a local real estate developer and landlord.
