Cement price reduces from N1800 to N1300 Naira

One of the leading cement producing companies in Nigeria, Dangote cement  has reportedly reduced its price of cement from N1800 to N1300 so as to ensure the product is more affordable to its users.

This announcement was made just few days after the recent introduction of new production lines in Okpella Edo State and Itori in Ogun State worth nine million metric tonnes.

During the national conference of the National Association of Block Moulders in Nigeria (NABMON), Dangote Cement took time to train block moulders on the right mix to get quality blocks.

Speaking in at the event, Regional Sales Director, Dangote Cement, Johnson Olaniyi, said that due to the rising alarm on building collapse in Nigeria, the company would be joining the war against building collapse, and also providing solutions to tackle the menace.

He further said that Dangote Cement would continue to ensure that block moulders have access to its quality cement as part of its contribution to the war against building collapse.
