Find out which states have been nominated for the 2014 State of Honour.

REAL ESTATE UNITE Awards

On the 30th of September, 2015, a winner will be announced for the 2014 State of Honour at the 2015 Real Estate Unite Awards.

The four nominees for this category are:

  • Lagos State
  • Cross Rivers State
  • Ogun State
  • Enugu State
  • Rivers State

Other categories are Best Residential Project, Best Commercial Project, Leading Property Finance Institution, Construction Company of the Year, Developer of the Year, Design Company of the Year, Affordable Housing Developer of the Year, Best Real Estate Support Service, Future Project Awards, Real Estate Person of the Year, and Outstanding Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project.
