Ekiti Governor Appoints Assistant For ‘Stomach Infrastructure’

Newly sworn-in Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose has announced the appointment of some special assistants including one for ‘stomach infrastructure’

As a final jest against the All Progressives Congress (APC), the new Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose has gone ahead with his promise to elect a special assistant for ‘Stomach Infrastructure’.

Mr Sunday Omosilade has been appointed the Personal Assistant to the governor on Special Duties and Stomach Infrastructure.

The governor stated that he would take care of ‘Stomach Infrastructure’ in the state after the APC accused him of using that as his strategy to win elections by sharing rice to the electorate as part of his campaign.

The new appointments were announced via a statement by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi and are expected to take effect immediately.

Other appointed officers are: Mr. Lere Olayinka as Special Assistant on Information and Social Media, Mrs. Sola Olowookere as Personal Assistant (Abuja), Dr Mrs Modupe Alade as Secretary to the state Government, Mr. Kayode Oso as Special Assistant on Works and Infrastructure and Mr. Sola Owoeye as Special Assistant on Protocol.
