Wana Udobang's "Warriors" is a web series aimed at drawing attention to the every day journey and struggles of Sickle Cell patients.

Greg Emuze on new episode of Warriors

The series is aimed at creating awareness as well as drawing attention to the every day journey and struggles faced by those living with Sickle Cell.

The new episode, which features Greg Emzue, takes an in-depth look at his life and years of living with Sickle Cell disease.

“Sickle cell pain feels like I have been run over by a truck,” Greg narrates.

“The pain gets so bad I hold my breath because, each time,I breathe, I feel the pain all over my body. So I try to reduce the number of times I breathe.”

"Warriors" is a four-part docu-series featuring four Warriors who share what it means to live with Sickle Cell in today’s Nigeria.

The first and second episode featured Tosin Oshinowo and Temitope Gomez respectively.
