The 13-part drama series which premiered on Thursday, October 13, 2016, aired its third episode on Thursday, October 27, 2016.
As expected, fans and followers of the Northern political drama took to social media to share their thoughts on the episode.
"Sons of The Caliphate" is a political drama set in the North of Nigeria about three rich, entitled and ambitious young men all caught up in the lust for power, addiction, love and desire, as well as the obligations of family loyalty and the craving for revenge in the deadly tussle for the governorship seat of the Northern Caliphate State.

Last week, viewers saw the political scheming for the race to the government house in Kowa state begin to unfold as various elements within the ruling party indicated interests in controlling the affairs of the state.
This week, follows how far the Emir of Kowa is willing to go to ensure his son and heir, Kalifah, does not contest the elections.
It also focuses on the love triangle between Nuhu, Diko and Binta as things heat up.
Created, written and produced by Dimbo and Karachi Atiya, the TV series is set to reposition the stereotypes about Northern Nigeria in a way people have not imagined before.
