Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun has revealed that he kept a low profile to encourage the young and handsome talents in the movie industry to grow.

Speaking to The Punch on why he toned down on some of his fashion statements, he said, "The reason why I toned down on some of my fashion statements is because of the young boys coming into the industry. I want them to come and show us what stuff they are made of."

' I am encouraging the young potential stars to come into the industry and showcase their talents. If I am known with a particular character, I would like a young actor to try it out to show the world he can also do it. I would give them some time to show the whole world who they are and later I can continue with the character if needs be. By then, the actor would have been known with that identity. But he cannot be known if I am distracting him with my bold fashion statements,' the popular actor revealed.
