Actress to play 'Aunt May' in 'Spider-Man'

According to reports pioneered by Variety, Academy Award-winning actress Marisa Tomei is set to star as 'Aunt May' in upcoming film 'Spider-Man.'

 Marisa Tomei is Aunt May in 'Spider-Man'

According to Variety, Tomei will play Aunt May, who is the adoptive mother of Peter Parker.  The 50-year-old actress is joining undefinedwho will be playing the superhero.

In the original Spider-Man movie, the Aunt May character was played by Rosemary Harris, who was 75 and 48 years older than leading man Tobey Maguire.

The above example is against Tomei, who will be 32 years older than the now leading man Tom Holland in 2017.
