The actress gifted us with the character Ann Haastrup in the Amaka Igwe directed soap "Checkmate." A memorable character, Haastrup was arrogant, and had the perfect chemistry with Segun Kadiri, a character portrayed by Richard Mofe Damijo.

2. Violated

Yes, who ever gets over watching the actress as Peggy alongside RMD in the 1996 romantic drama "Violated," which was co-produced by the actress, and directed by the late Amaka Igwe.

Like or hate Nollywood, there is no denying that RMD and Boyo were the stuff that cinematic dreams are made of at that moment in time.

3. She believes in the 'new Nollywood' and its growth

4. She is still flawless

A proud mother of three, Ego Boyo is still as beautiful as we remember her from "Violated" and "Checkmate."
