Daniel was listed among 31 former governors who are set to have corruption cases against them reopened on the orders of the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Abubakar Malami.
“I categorically declare that I have no issues with ICPC whatsoever and I am sure that a mistake have been made either deliberately or otherwise in this issue and others,” Daniel told Vanguard.
The named ex-governors include Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio among others.
