According to a report by SaharaReporters, the lawyers were alleged to have transferred huge sums of money to the bank accounts of some judges.
Though some of the invited lawyers for interrogation didn't show up, some of those who reportedly showed up include Paul Usoro, Chief Gabi Adetola-Kaseem and Chief Felix Fagbohungbe.
The report further said the lawyers, who honoured the EFCC's invitation were Senior Advocates of Nigeria.
It was further reported that the advocates were still at the Ikoyi office of the EFCC, where they had been all Thursday.
An EFCC source reportedly disclosed that the commission had also invited another senior lawyer, Adeniyi Akintola, but he did not show up.
A total of 30 senior lawyers are reportedly said to be under probe for bribing judges according to an EFCC source but the recent invitations are as a result of the interrogation of two Federal High Court judges: Agbadu James Fishim and Uwani Abba Aji, and one judge of the Industrial Court.
