These 25 ex-governors are facing fresh trials for alleged fraud

The order to reopen the cases was given by Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, in a letter written to the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC), Mr Ekpo Nta.
