Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia’s request to declare the remand order issued by a magistrate court to detain her from November 10 till November 28 as unlawful and illegal was also declined.

The court explained that the remand order was in line with the provision of section 264(1) of the administration of criminal justice law of Lagos state, 2011.

The judge, however, condemned the EFCC for revoking the administrative bail earlier granted to Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia.
