Time to show the back of legs some love.
Here's this week's exercise:
Leg curl: If you spend most of your time in the cardio section of the gym, the weight room can be intimidating (understatement of the year, we know). But don't let all the machines psych you out and keep you from reaping all the benefits weight training has to offer.
This move is awesome for strengthening what's often a weak muscle group. And, good news: the machine is actually pretty easy to use.
