It's not always easy to squeeze in a solid cardio workout. But we've got a solution for those days when you just can’t make it out to spin class.
Do each of these exercises (which you can easily do at home) for 50 seconds, fitting in as many reps as you can in that timeframe.
Take 10 seconds of rest in between each move and, once you’ve worked through all the exercises, repeat the whole sequence up to four times.
You'll be hard-pressed to come up with excuses to skip this quickie routine!
