Couple absent absent at their daughter's wedding

A source confirmed that the wedding took place but without blessings from Bella's parents.

Now divorced Hollywood couple, Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise's daughter, Bella Cruise, reportedly married her boyfriend, Max Parker, in a secret ceremony last month and the couple were noticeably absent.

“The wedding happened a couple of weeks ago, on September 18," the insider tells Us. "And was a super low-key, small ceremony. Connor was there but both Tom and Nicole were not."

The source adds: "Bella really didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. There wasn’t even any sort of official reception as was very, very informal."

Australian weekly Woman's Day, which first reported the story on Sunday, October 4, obtained photos of Bella and her IT consultant beau from their big day.

One of the photos displayed on the Woman's Day's cover features Bella, front and center, in a sleeved lace white minidress as she's surrounded by pals clad in pink jumpsuits.

"Beaming with confidence in her wedding photographs, it’s clear that Bella is more content than ever," the mag's website read.

It was also reported that the Hollywood scion wed Parker at London's Dorchester Hotel last month in an "intimate, romantic ceremony."

A second insider saysthat the newlyweds were joined in one of the hotel's conference rooms, which was decorated with flowers.

Afterward, guests had drinks and were served dinner in the dining area.

The bride looked gorgeous in a white lace mini-dress and was joined by her bridesmaids, which were friends she made from the Vidal Sassoon Academy.

According to TMZ, the hush-hush wedding was attended by neither Kidman nor her megastar ex-husband.

Bella's younger brother, Connor, however, attended the super secret nuptials.

Kidman and Cruise, who divorced in 2001, adopted Connor, 20, and Bella during their 11-year marriage.
