At what point should your parents become formally introduced to the love of your life? Is it as soon as you both become a couple, or one has to wait till a wedding proposal has been made?
In a poll published here on March 13 2017, asking when the ideal time for parents and partners to meet is, readers voted that lovers should wait till the moment when the relationship is strong enough to be fairly certain that it'll be love eternal.
A majority 54% voted that partners should make the introduction when the relationship is serious. 18% say it is better to wait till you are very sure that you will marry the guy or babe.

A meagre 6.5% say it is better to wait after a wedding proposal has been made and received before taking such partner to your dad and mom, and finally, 20.8% believe that there is no rule to this kind of situations.
When the time is right to make bae/boo know your folks, they say, you will know.
