To each his own, but lets see if people can agree on a time limit of dating, before marriage.

They say everything that has a beginning, must surely have an end. In couples' relationship, marriage should be the main reason for dating in the first place, as such dating has to end or transcend to that level..

A lot of people, depending on the circumstances, have different time limits with which they get to know each other, before getting marred.

While many might take the fast lane and tie the knot within two months of dating, others believe in spending more time with each other so as to better know who they are going to spend the rest of their life with.

The question of dating duration before marriage varies from couple to couple, and what worked for one, might not necessarily work for the other.
