Weddings are a big deal and the day should be perfect down to the photos, check out some of the poses to try on that day!
There are traditional poses where the couple get romantic, are pictured with the entire train, with both parents, friends and so on but some poses should make their ways into the wedding album as they are timeless (and in some cases just perfect).
For the wedding day there are no rules, as long as the photographer comes super creative. Shots can be super cute, super silly, goofy, playful/fun and more afterall that's you big day.
We've put together a specially curated and named (yes, we christened the shots!)set of poses that should make their way into your wedding album and they are to try out.
1. The Bride Is The Focus
Here the bride is the focal point and her maids are in the background. Here she takes all the attention and brims excited and happily in the shot.
2. The Proud Groom Is The Focus
Here, like the bride, the groom is the focus but unlike the girly bride, the grooms brings some certain attitude (the I'm such a cooler guy now kinda attitude) with his men in the background looking up to the 'man of the day'.
3. Showing Off The Stunning Ring
Here the bride shows off her ring in the shot (an image showing her new status). Here the ring is the focus and it becomes very interesting when the bridesmaids also show off theirs in cases where they are engaged, also married etc to make for a perfect shot of ring varieties!
4. The Couple 'Coupled'
Here the couple are in the fore yet again with the bridesmaids and groomsmen paired in the background looking on in admiration.
5. The 'Cathedral' (aka show off the bride's stunning look)
Here the couple are captured in a stunning shot from above them, naturally in this shot they look up. The most beautiful part of this shot is the bride's gown is shown in her full glory; from the veil to the train and all the details on the dress are captured stunning.
6. The Traditional
This shot is taken when the couple have been joined together and are relaxed, can see guests and are exchanging pleasantries from afar. Sometimes the excitement of seeing some old friends and family make the couple's reaction priceless.
7. The Romantic
Here the couple share a kiss usually in a dreamy shot. Every couple should have one of those.
8. The Twirl/Bend
Here, the groom teases the bride, bends her to the side dramatically to kiss her or just hold on to her in a romantic way.
