A week to the wedding, it is believed that all preparations have been properly organised and finalised, so it is time to focus on your beauty. Eat and sleep right, avoid unnecessary stress, observe your beauty routine and you would turn out perfect.

Here are five tips to having a spotless beauty on  your wedding day.

1. Cleanse, tone and moisturise

This routine should be started at least three months to the wedding. Though you may be under a lot of stress, putting a couple of things together, just add it up to your daily routine. Make sure you CTM [cleanse, tone and moisturise] day and night.

2. Exfoliate your skin

Exfoliation of the skin and the lips could be the best part of having a perfect look for your wedding. Exfoliating helps to remove dead cells from the surface of the skin.

If dead cells are gone, then acnes are gone!

Embrace this process for a flawless skin.

3. Stick to a beauty diet

Enhance your beauty from the inside out. Embrace an antioxidant based diet. Grapes, nuts, blueberries, sweet potatoes and orange vegetables are your best bet to a glowing skin.

4. Drink more water

Gabrielle Union can testify to this, it is the only way she stays young and pretty. Drinking as much as five gallons of water per day. Make sure you include skin boosting fruits like lemon and cucumbers to your water.

5. Stay off stress

Include at least eight hours of beauty sleep daily to your routine. Observing your beauty sleep would get rid of your wrinkles, enhance your skin colour, get rid of puffy eyes, and most importantly a happier and healthier skin.
