Guests at the celeb wedding will have to scrub themselves up the morning after the night before for a photoshoot
They've been engaged for a year and a half but the big day has come around fast. ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright and Former Corrie actress Michelle Keegan are set to marry in the next few days, in what will be one of the most hotly anticipated celebrity weddings of the year. With their nuptials rapidly approaching, guests that are invited are advised to find two killer outfits.
Imagine the trauma. You’re invited to the showbiz wedding of the year, filled with celebrities, and you have to find TWO killer outfits?
Then they will have to scrub themselves up the morning after the night before... for a photo shoot. And guests have been asked to dress in their best Downton Abbey-style finery.
It was revealed that: “The venue Mark and Michelle have chosen is incredibly posh – it’s like somewhere Lady Edith would get married. Shortly after the proposal in 2013, Mark and Michelle started scouting for wedding venues and ended up going back to the first one they visited. "We looked at castles, grand country houses, amazing hotels, we looked up north and down south," said the bride-to-be. But they returned to the place they first fell in love with.
"We knew this was the one," said Mark. "It fitted with what we wanted."
"It is beautiful and very historic but when family and friends are there we know it will feel like our place," said Michelle. "As we drove away we were both going, 'Oh I love it, love it.'"
“So guests attending the breakfast the following morning will still have to look swish.
"Obviously, the TOWIE girls have endless wardrobes but some of the other guests are stressing about needing two outfits.
“They know the wedding party will be full of glamorous people in expensive dresses so it has put
the pressure on some non-celeb guests.
"It’s all going to be part of the magazine coverage so everyone wants to look their best.
“Some are even planning to get hair and make-up done in the morning, too.”
Mark and Michelle will have 200 guests in attendance, including some of their close celebrity friends. Among them will be Mark's former TOWIE co-star James Argent, who the groom calls "a great guy", and Michelle's former co-star Brooke Vincent, who is still a regular on Coronation Street.
