A newly married couple in Saudi Arabia are headed for divorce just after two hours of being married.

Apparently, the bride had agreed with the groom not to share pictures of the ceremony over Snapchat or any other social media channel, but she broke the promise [maybe in overexcitement] and sent images to her friends, after which the images turned up on the social media platform.

When the groom heard this, just two hours after the wedding ceremony, he immediately filed for divorce.

Reports from the Arabian country says the agreement not to share pictures or video of the ceremony was apparently a binding one.

The bride’s brother, speaking to the media, said “There was a prenuptial agreement between my sister and her fiancé that she would not use social-media applications such as Snapchat, Instagram or Twitter to post or send her pictures.

"It was included in the marriage contract and became binding. Regretfully, my sister did not honour the pledge and used Snapchat to share pictures from the wedding ceremony with her female friends, resulting in the shocking decision by the groom to cancel their marriage and call for divorce.”

A similar occurrence took place earlier in the year after another Saudi Arabian bride refused her new husband the chance to get intimate with her on the wedding night.

Her reason? She was too busy texting!!!
