After months of planning and speculations, American singer, Ciara got married to her Seattle Seahawks quarterback beau, Russell Wilson at a private ceremony in Peckforton Castle, Cheshire, England on Wednesday, 6th July.

The couple who took us all by surprise with the date exchanged vows in front of over 100 close friends and family that included celebrity BFFs and bridesmaids Kelly Rowland, Lala Anthony and Jennifer Hudson.

Ciara, who has evolved into quite the fashionista from her hoody-wearing "Goodies" days, was a vision in a hand-crafted dress by Roberto Cavalli's creative director, Peter Dundas.

She sealed the look with a cathedral-length veil and - move over Louboutins, custom-made Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Hubby, Russell didn't disappoint either as he was dapper in a bespoke Giorgio Armani suit. Also Ciara's son, Future Zahir was the little heart breaker in Giorgio Armani as well.

Notably absent at the wedding however was former BFF, Kim Kardashian. It would be recalled that Ciara was a major part of Kim's baby shower when she was pregnant with North, but missed Kim's wedding after giving birth to Future Jnr a few days earlier.

Ciara and Russell have been a hot item for almost 2 years and famously declared they would abstain from sex till marriage.
