After failing to seduce Dean Wetter when she was younger, the rock band singer finally married him on Sunday at the ripe age of 64.
Lead singer of a rock band called Heart, Ann Wilson finally got her heart's desire when she tied the knot with Dean Wetter, both 64.
She tells PEOPLE magazine her how she met her husband;
"Dean and I first met in the '80s and went on a date where we both got smashed and I tried to seduce him. Like the gentleman he is, he declined. Years passed, we got back in touch after we had both grown up, and Pow! – It worked! Did it ever!"
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee also added that their wedding day "was beautiful" and that "he is my friend, my angel, my husband. I am truly happy."
The blushing bride rocked a dress by her designer friend, Anthony Sartino, her accessories included Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, a 2-carat white diamond set in a platinum band, and rose-cut white diamonds set in white-gold briolette earrings by Rose de France.
Their union was blessed under a floral-adorned arch with an intimate group of friends and family looking on.
The guests were treated to a lovely three-tiered wedding cake from Sweet Lady Jane.
Congratulations to the lovely couple.
