For ladies especially, the contrast a set of white teeth give to the red lipsticks are just perfection and one of the things a lady wants. Sometimes the colour gets dull because of our habits and even diet, it is important to watch the coffee, tea, watch your intake of carbonated drinks and so on as they end up staining the teeth
But if you are looking for ways to whiten your teeth the natural way you are welcome to try these:
1. The Mix
-Your favorite toothpaste
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide
-Half a teaspoon of water.
Mix these together and apply to your teeth with a standard toothbrush. Brush as normal. Use this remedy once a week until you reach your desired results. Once you have achieved sparkling teeth, try to limit yourself to using this remedy just once a month.
2. Banana
What you need is the banana peel. Applying a banana peel to achieve white teeth can be done by gently rubbing the inside of the peel on your teeth for about two minutes once or twice a day. Those awesome minerals present in bananas such as potassium, manganese and magnesium, are absorbed into your teeth and help keep them looking their best! You can also switch this for the inner layer of orange peels.
3. Hydrogen Peroxide
You likely have applied hydrogen peroxide to clean your small cuts or wounds, what you didnt know is the fact that it also helps the brightness of your smile. Pouring a small amount on top of your normal toothpaste before brushing, or on a cotton swab and gently rubbing it on your teeth for a minute or two before brushing, can help brighten your smile within weeks!
Like with everything keep it minimal and if you've tried all and your teeth are not the way you want them to be, be sure to visit your dentist for proper checks.
