In minutes, you could have this sandwich off the pan and in your belly. All you need are hard-cooked eggs with some Dijon mustard, fish oil, and spice to add a nice kick for your taste buds. Whatever you have the rest of the day, you’ll be satisfied and fueled for anything that is thrown your way.
What You Need:

- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 4 hard-cooked egg whites
- 1 heaping Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp supplemental fish oil (optional)
- Dash of ground black pepper
- dash of smoked or regular paprika
- 2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Low Sodium Bread, lightly toasted
- 1 box (1.5 ounces) seedless raisins
