Nothing starts off the day better thane a healthy breakfast, but you don’t have to settle for oatmeal or an egg-white omelet.

Instead, try this simple recipe for eggs and greens.

In one meal, you get it all: protein from your eggs, nutrients from your mushrooms and spinach, and approval from your mother. What more do you need?

So break out the pan, add some olive oil, and get cracking

What You'll Need:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

How To Make It:

  1. Add half the olive oil to a heated skillet, saute mushrooms and spinach, and remove to a plate.

  2. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet.

  3. Crack egg into the pan and cook sunny-side up.

  4. Add egg to vegetables and drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
