Just one 12-ounce cup puts you way past the daily recommended caffeine limit.

Looking for a stronger brew? A product dubbed as the world’s strongest cup of coffee is now available on Amazon, CNN reports.

Black Insomnia, a South African based company, claims that no other coffee brand contains enough caffeine to live up to the “strongest coffee” title—“nor should any brand attempt to surpass this content in the interest of public health and safety,” according to a recent press release.

Black Insomnia packs in about 702 mg of caffeine in one 12-ounce cup—compare that to the 193 mg of caffeine in the same size of Starbucks brewed dark roast, or the approximate 650 mg you’d find in Deathwish Coffee, another brand that claims the “strongest coffee” title.

“If you want to stand out, you need to be the ‘est’ — the biggest, smartest, strongest, or cheapest,” Black Insomnia founder Sean Kristafor told CNN. "So when we wanted to compete in coffee, as a caffeine product, we had to be the strongest, but obviously, we don't exceed the world guidelines.”

The FDA recommends no more than 400 mg of caffeine per day, about what you’d find in four 6-ounce cups of coffee. That means one 6-ounce cup of Black Insomnia puts you close to your daily limit, and the typical 12-ounce cup throws you overboard.

Coffee is loaded with health benefits, but you can have too much of a good thing. Once you sip past the 400 mg mark in a day, you may experience a migraine, nervousness, a fast heartbeat, muscle tremors, and—true to the brand’s name—insomnia, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Plus, dare to down more than one 12-ounce cup of Black Insomnia and you might teeter on the edge of a caffeine overdose, which can lead to more serious medical complications like high blood pressure or even a heart attack.

So, before you brew yourself a cup, pay attention to how much you’re actually drinking to avoid any negative side effects. Better yet, try these 7 ways to boost your energy without caffeine if you can go without a cup of Joe.
