The Bro-est meal for the best gains

This is the perfect meal to pump you up for the ultimate bro workout from fitness director BJ Gaddour.

This is the perfect meal to pump you up for the ultimate bro workout from fitness director BJ Gaddour.

We start off our burrito with grass-fed beef, loaded with vitamin D, leaving you well-nourished despite all the natural sunlight you miss out on while putting in two-a-days at the gym.

Then, we top that off with some nice, lean, chicken protein, since you don’t want to put on the wrong kind of weight.

Next, to give you some explosive, rectal power to get you out of those heavy squats, we load up some black beans. And, since we know your joint health is paramount, we added in some shrimp rich in Omega-3.

Finally, it's topped off with a protein mole sauce, giving you all protein you could possibly pack in one meal.

By the time you prepare to eat this meal, you will have lost valuable gym time that you cannot get back. But fear not, we have your answer.

We have thrown in a to-go style recipe to cut down eating time so you can get back to getting swole.

Instead of sitting down to eat, blend your burrito with chocolate protein powder and whole milk, so you can double the protein intake on the go and get back to church of iron.
