Dana Air lands best customer service online award
Dana Air beat out other airlines to bag the award at the the 2015 edition of Nigerian Customer Service Award which held recently at the Four Points Hotel, Lagos.

Dana Air beat out other airlines to bag the award at the the 2015 edition of Nigerian Customer Service Award (NCSA) which held recently at the Four Points Hotel, Lagos.
According to the coordinator of the NCSA, Dr Aliyu Ilias, Dana Air and the other outstanding companies were accessed based on their customer service practices in a process that includes customer feedback, review of staff and management processes that relate to customer service.
Accountable Manager of Dana Airlines, Obi Mbanuzuo expressed delight at receiving the award and promised to improve on the quality of the airline's services and offerings.
Dana Air commenced flight operations on 10th November 2008 and although it's license was suspended in 2012 following the crash of one its airplanes, Dana Air was cleared to resume flights in 2014 and currently operates flights to Abuja, Port Harcourt and Uyo from its hub at the Murtala Mohammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2).
