How to make ketchup with tomato paste
Homemade ketchup isn't only easy to make but delicious as well because you can control the amount of sugar and other flavour you want in it.

Ingredients
1. 2 cans tomato paste

1/4 cup white vinegar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt

A pinch of ginger powder
2 cups water
Preparation
1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, stir and simmer on low heat for about an hour or until the paste thickens to the consistency of ketchup.
2. Once it is cooked, pour in a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
