1. 2 cups of water
2. 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger root
3. 2 teaspoons of honey
4. Lemon juice (Optional)
1. Put the freshly grated ginger in a sauce pan. Add 2 cups of water and boil for 5-7 minutes.
2. Pour the tea into a mug, add 2 teaspoon honey (or less, depending on how sweet you want it to be).
