This juice is super refreshing, and the best part is that it includes a very good (and often overlooked) lettuces. Lettuce is a non-goitrogen (good for anyone who needs to be conscious of their thyroid) and is a source of vitamins A and C as well as energizing B vitamins and some magnesium and calcium too. Enjoy this refreshing juice on a really gloomy day!

Ingredients

1 apple, cored

1 kiwi

1 lemon, peeled (optional)

1 head romaine lettuce

4 stalks celery

1-inch ginger

Directions

Wash all produce well.

Peel lemon.

Add ingredients through juicer.

Serve and enjoy!
