Personally, i had a very horrible experience try to prepare pizza as a kid, although it was mostly childish curiosity as i had just eaten home made pizza at a family friends place.

I am totally excited about this recipe and i cant wait to try it out.

This is totally perfect for you if you are trying to cut down on grains and gluten.
