Preparation

Note: Buy ground oat or grind your oats by yourself.

Step 1: Heat some water up, when it boils, reduce the heat to low and steadily add the oat flour into the pot of water while mixing at the same time with a spatula.

Step 2: As the mix becomes thicker and you can feel it on your spatula, stop adding the oat flour but keep mixing until a smooth ball of dough is formed.

Step 3: Add a few drops of water to the dough, cover the pot and let it steam for a while.

Step 4: Mix again till well done and combined.

Enjoy this meal with your favourite Nigerian soup.
