Award-winning singer unveils her jewelry collection

The beautiful songstress unveiled her collection in partnership with Bland 2 Glam in a private glamorous event.

The beautiful songstress unveiled her collection in partnership with Bland 2 Glam in a  private glamorous event, which took place at the Civic center on the 5th of November 2015, with a few selected friends and family from within and outside the entertainment industry in attendance.

The Johnny singer had asked for her guests to come dressed in capes and many of them obliged from Yvonne Vixen ekwere, to Bolanle Olukanni, Dolapo oni and MC of the event herself, Maria Okanrende.

The quiet event had a bubbly atmosphere starting off with a red carpet after which guests were ushered into the hall to some lively jazz infused renditions by Isaac Gerald.

Finally, Maria Okanrende kicked off the unveiling with the creative director for bland 2 glam giving an opening speech and Yemi herself conducting a fun game for free giveaways. After which, a video on the inspiration behind the YAC was played and then it was off to the unveiling of the pieces.

The pieces were unveiled by celebrities such as Lala Akindoju, Chigul, Toke Makinwa, Olori Supergal and Denrele, to the amazement of other celebrities and media personalities such as Denola Grey, Zainab Balogun, Somkele Iyamah, Jide of JReason, Zina Anumudu, Moet Abebe, the honorable Florence Ita-Giwa and a representative of the Lagos state commissioner for Women affairs and poverty alleviation.

The singer also launched the Get mented program, in collaboration with Bland 2 Glam, for women who want to launch their own business. the program provides mentorship to such women and helps them in their businesses.

In the end, it was a fun event hosted by the beautiful and down-to-earth singer, with various dessert delicacies and lots of free items to give. We wish her all the best with her collection.
