When reports flew in that pop star; Rihanna  had registered the name of her new fashion line "$CHOOL KILLS" it became a huge sneak-announcement but reports suggests that the popular singer may just have ripped the name off an upcoming/ slightly unknown designer; Hyein Seo.

Rihanna  who wears a lot of street wear designs is known to particularly love Korean born Hyein Seo's designs. Seo who graduated from the prestigious Antwerp Royal Academy is known for her daring streetwear designs.

Riri who was seen out and about days ago wearing a t-shirt from the designer's graduate collection, titled "Bad Education" with 'School Kills' boldly written on it a pointer as to where she got the name of her fashion line!

Seo is known for her bold 'School Kills' caption on her t shirts especially and Rihanna is seen to have hijacked the designer's identity, unfortunately Rihanna is more popular than the designer and she might just have really stolen someone else's business name!

According to Dhani Mau of Fashionista, "Although School Kills is not the name of Seo's brand, the phrase, emblazoned on t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets, has become associated with her, perhaps more than anything else she's designed thus far. And when you're a young brand with limited resources, that kind of organic recognizability and buzz is crucial. Were Rihanna, who is obviously much more famous than Seo, to claim that as her own, well... that would be sad".

Rihanna has been seen wearing Hyein Seo pieces at Paris Fashion Week, the MTV Movie Awards and on her tour with rapper; Eminem.
