Pulse Style rounds off a #PulseList 2015 of top/favourite menswear collections of the year, take a look at all the Nigerian designers that made the cut
Male Fashion designers made a huge splash this year, as the emerging industry showed they didn’t come to play. With creative designs moving the men folk into more modern stylish ground, the Nigerian industry wasn't left behind.
From collections artistically inspired with tasteful detailing and finishing and aesthetically pleasing presentations, menswear collections took center stage this year.
The designers aside from their artistic designs and creative presentations, these designers stepped it up a notch by campaigning hard to cover all sides of their brand.

Visual God’s ‘Fluid’ collection: The urban menswear collection showcased minimal looks with linear designs and impressive finishings that stood apart from any of the other designs on this list.
JZO ‘Aremo’ collection: The african inspired collection caters to the modern African man who hold his traditions and cultures in high esteem, with the aso oke fabrics and intricate nothern embroidery.
Deji Eniola’s ‘Afropolitan dandy’ collection: Now, it was a tough decision to put this collection as No. 3 because of some other veterans on our list, but it completely blew us away. The suit collection featured an artistic use of colors with modern cuts that flatter any man from any background.
Mai Atafo’s ‘Black Tie Non-classic’ collection: I’m sure you were beginning to wonder when Mai Atafo was going to show up. The celebrity suit designer showcased a stellar, versatile collection filled with rich colors and textures and of course great finishing.
McMeka’s ‘Spring/Summer ‘16’ collection: Now, this is an underdog who definitely claimed his spot at the big boys table with his latest collection debuted at LFDW 2015. The collection slayed with light hues, beautiful illustrations and impeccable finishing.
P.O.C Lagos’ ‘Zebra’ collection: Papa Omisore’s collection was a fan favorite at his LFDW 2015 debut. His black and white capes in various designs stole our hearts with perfect symmetry and simplicity in beauty. Also those gladiator sandals...ahh
T.I Nathan’s ‘Soliloquy’ collection: This super romantic collection was another feather in the hat for Nathan. The collection, which debuted as LFDW 2015 was filled with reds and blacks and featured non-traditional cuts and designs and some rich textures.
Orange Culture’s ‘Etched Journey’ collection: The beloved africentric urban menswear brand featured a courageous and adventurous collection filled with artistic patterns and various fabric combinations, while still being practical.
Johnson Johnson’s ‘Modern Man’ collection: This suit collection was quite daring at LFDW 2015, as it featured textured patterned fabrics and neat cuts and silhouettes that are a sure bet for any dapper man.
Josh Samuels’ ‘Classic Man’ collection: Josh Samuels introduced an impressive collection of suits with great variation from single to double breasted suits with great fit that could appeal to any stylish man.
