We have got our eyes and ears glued on Taraji P. Henson! After the fabulous success of hip hop series , its safe to say that Taraji is one to watch.

It’s no news that Taraji stunned on the red carpet at the recent 2015 Emmy Awards in a sheer black number. The star nominated for her role as Cookie Lyon in FOX’s Empire, and has come a long way from her Baby Boy days. Following her debut in 2005 flick Hustle & Flow alongside current empire co-star Terrence Howard, the star has evolved dramatically in her red carpet style, earning her coveted spots on prestigious best dressed lists.

2009 OSCARS – The star wowed in a cream strapless Cavalli gown with statement necklace.

2011 Larry Crowne L.A. Premiere – TJP looked sultry in a short , red bandage dress. Bold move on her part because the colour Red on the Red carpet is a fashion no-no, but she pulled off the look with sky-high heels, glowing skin and barely there jewellery.

2013 Think Like a Man too Premiere – TJP rocked a risqué plunging neckline in a floor length plaid dress, accessorized with a mute bronze clutch and matching shoes. She looked amazing doing it too!

2014 Celebration of Gospel Event BET – As the host of BET’s 14 annual celebration of gospel event, Taraji turned up in a sheer maxi creation by Alaia looking every bit like a dark goddess.

2015 Met Gala – in keeping with the Institute’s Chinese theme, Taraji arrived in a Balenciaga white silk crepe column gown with a black abstract floral pattern, statement earrings by Balenciaga and natural make up.

TJP is definitely fashion’s next ‘One to watch’, hard to believe she’s 45 right?
