Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson and Neel Sethi are glowing on the cover of Parade magazine. The all star cast are talking about their the making of their movie, The Jungle Book remake.
The stellar cast are absolutely beautiful and look embody the atmosphere of the movie on the cover of the magazine, against a forest like backdrop. The two gentlemen dressed in t-shirts and jackets, while the ladies in a lovely gown for Lupita and a black leather skirt and blouse for Scarlet.
The original Jungle Book movie was made in 1967. Decades after more and more people are still excited by the story of The Jungle Book. Thus, director, Jon Favreau left no stone unturned in remaking the classic, with a stellar cast to support him.
Young actor Neel Sethi played Mowgli, Scarlett Johansson voiced Kaa, Idris Elba voiced Shere Khan, Ben Kingsley voiced Bagheera, Bill Murray plays Baloo, and Lupita Nyong’o played Raksha.
Introducing a younger audience to the film was priority on Favreau’s mind. According to Favreau; “Audiences have become very sophisticated over the decades. The film has more thrills and more of a sense of danger than the original. At the same time, it’s a PG-rated Disney film, so kids will love it too.”
