Victoria Beckham Covers Allure March Edition

Victoria Beckham came out to discuss how she was bullied back in school while attending a public school while she covers the March edition of Allure Magazine.

The designer and fashion icon looked beautiful in a close up shot where she opened up about how she works, her dreams, beauty routine, juggling business with family amongst other things.

The former spice girl dished on designing for 'real women' “I find that even the simplest of dresses, if it has the correct seaming and the correct fabric, whatever shape or size you are, it can change the way you hold yourself.”

Later on in the year, her first brick-and-mortar store will open in London, allowing customers “to see the brand through my eyes, as opposed to being able to buy what the retail partner buys. The buyer will be what I decide.”

On growing up: “I didn’t go to a private school; it was a public school. It was not a very nice school.” “ I was different from all the other children at the school. I really wouldn’t wish it on any kid, because it’s horrible.”

On success, she offered;“I was never a natural, I got there in the end because I did believe that if you work hard enough, then you can achieve a lot.” Her ambition has been honed since her early days with the Spice Girls. It was a highly gratifying time until Beckham discovered what lay ahead. “In England, one minute there’s all this great press, and it’s all very flattering and very exciting. And then in the next minute, it’s not.”

Victoria Beckham  was photographed by Alexi Lubomirski and styled by Allure creative director Paul Cavaco.
