Organisers announce 6th edition to hold in October 2017

There will be a series of events leading up to the exciting three days of the main event.

AFDW 2017

The fashion event which also hold in New York and Los Angeles, will happen at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos and is being planned to be "the grandest fashion week Africa has ever seen!" according to a press statement released by the organisers.

AFDW 2017 is themed: “Honour the Masters and Celebrate the New’’ and the aim, quite apparently, is to celebrate and pay due respect to veteran, renowned designers as well as new designers who show promising potential.

Although the main event takes place in October, there will be a series of events taking place between July and early October – all leading up to that grand closing three days.
