Each day of the week interrogates the different aspects of growth for leadership and technology such as; Technology, Leadership, Entrepreneur, Work Life and Talent Day respectively under themes topics which include, Women in Leadership, Digital Africa, Social Enterprise, Work life Balance, Security, Innovation & Technology for the Next Generation among others.

Women in Tech Africa is a membership charity supporting women working in technology across Africa to positively Support their Communities. Women in Tech Africa has membership of over 30 countries on the continent and in the diaspora - Ghana, Kenya and London, South Africa and Nigeria among others.
