The 2nd Annual Parenting and Networking event hosted by LagosMums is set to hold on Saturday 5 December, 2015.

The 2nd Annual Parenting and Networking event hosted by LagosMums will hold at The Wheatbaker Hotel on Saturday the 5 of December 2015.

This year’s theme has been tagged “What Are You Balancing?” and promises an exciting line up of speakers including Nimi Akinkugbe, Lanre Olusola ,Dakore Akande and Abolaji Osime. Each speaker brings to the table a unique perspective to meet the overall objectives of the event.

LagosMums launched this networking series because of its passion to create a forum, which raises awareness and drives a deliberate shift in raising generation X children. The maiden event, which held in November 2014, themed, “Raising a Global Citizen”, saw mums, dads and experts in an interactive session to discuss parenting matters, share experiences and gain valuable advice in a collaborative and encouraging environment.

“Last years event was a huge success, and we are looking forward to 2015 being even bigger and better. Our objectives remain the same. We aspire to create platforms that helps mums, dads and caregivers, balance various aspects of their lives and the different roles that they play in their homes and society.” Says Yetunde Williams, founder of LagosMums. She went on to highlight the reasons for choosing the speakers this year. “They all bring such versatility to the table and create a well rounded experience.”
