The situation has prompted 42nd Generation Entertainment Limited (publishers of In The City, Lagos) in conjunction with the Lagos State Government and Virtual Xchange to begin to bridge this gap by sponsoring broad spectrum activities inclusive of wellness business and citizens geared towards nurturing community spirit that has mutual benefits. The Lagos Colour Splash is a first step to fostering this partnership effort as well as to get the people of Lagos state in colourful motion again.
