Yesterday night at Maddox Lounge Victoria Island the venue of the weekly industry nite gig, a different type of musical event went on, an open mic night. This gave upcoming stars and those who just wanted to be on the stage to perform for the audience a chance to strut their stuff.

As always, Jimmie played host to the crowd and DJ Spinall provided the music that the crowd moved to. Present at the open mic nite were Falz, who was there to promote his new album 'Wazup Guy' , also Keytar player Jaiye, Comedian Julius Agwu and many others.
