Bi-annual knowledge-sharing series event to hold this weekend

Lighthouse Network, is set to hold its second edition of its bi-annual knowledge-sharing series.

 

In line with its objective of organizing events that add value and impact the lives of women, the Lighthouse Network, is set to hold its second edition of its bi-annual knowledge-sharing series. The event which will hold on Saturday June 13 at Protea Hotel Ikoyi is themed

Certified Leadership Instructor and Life Coach, Ephraim Osunde, will be the keynote speaker at the session.

Speaking on the forthcoming event, Co-Founder of LightHouse Network, and event convener said “As women, we’ve heard about leaning in and learning to be more present in our careers and personal lives. We’ve learnt to support one another through mentoring and networking, and we know the power of coming together in one singular accord and purpose. The ‘How to Be a Better You’ event seeks to take these themes from abstract to reality, and to show in real-life how women can live better fulfilled, and balanced lives.”

Other speakers at the event are: Tope Jemerigbe, MD-DKK Advertising, Juliet Ehimuna-Chiazor, Country Manager, Google, and the convener, Nkiru Olumide Ojo, who is a Marketing professional with decades of experience, and also a columnist with Business Day Newspaper. Participants will also have the opportunity to have one-on-one break-out sessions with all the speakers. Lighthouse Network’s key objective is to be deliberate about getting women to support each other and, light the community. It is targeted primarily, at women from all backgrounds aged 20 and above.

The Lighthouse Network previously held a knowledge-sharing session for female careerists and entrepreneurs, which was themed “The Lighting Session.” Discussions were led by Bunmi Oke, Chairperson of Advertisers Association of Nigeria, foremost fashion designer Deola Sagoe and, Patricia Obozuwa, Communications Director, GE Africa.
