The grand opening party, kicked off at 8:30PM, was hosted by popular TV personality Ozzy Agu with special guest DJ Xclusive spinning the decks until late into the night.

A press conference was held prior to the main event at 4:30PM, highlighting the grand opening of Hard Rock Cafe Lagos, and featured local Hard Rock partner Sanjay Mahtani, Hard Rock International executives from the United States and Europe, including Hamish Dodds (President/CEO), Antonio Bautista (Sr. Vice President, Franchise Operations), Anibal Fernandez (Area Vice President, Franchise Development and Operations - EMEA), as well as the talented Banky W.

Hard Rock Cafe Lagos grand opening celebration had a star-studded red carpet ceremony featuring Banky W, Olisa Adibua, Sam Onyemelukwe,Ozzy Agu, Seyi Shay, Shasha P, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Bryan Okwara, Sound Sultan, Shaydee, Vaavaa Voom, Lisa Folawiyo, Aisien Elohor, Titi and Oscar Oyinsan, Rich Tanksley, Mark Slade, Zubby Emodi, Dolapo Macy oni, DJ Jimmy-Jatt, DJ Zeez, DJ Xclusive, and international music video director; Director X was present as well.

International VIP guests and local celebrities were all on ground to commemorate Hard Rock’s much-anticipated cafe in Lagos. True to Hard Rock’s “Love All – Serve All” motto, Hard Rock Cafe Lagos will give back through a donation toThe Bolanle Marinho Foundation.
